Straw used to be a band that only Chris Evans could like but hey whad'ya know, Straw have gone away and got all magnificent on our ass.
Lead track 'Watching You Sleep' might be a complete steal from Prince's 'Pop Life' but that doesn't make it any less play-it-again-dad brilliant. All fuzzy-peach chords and worldweary vocals it might also remind you of The Hollies and ELO as well unless of course you haven't heard of them in which case a glib Oasis comparison might just have to suffice.
The other three tracks here are pretty bloody rubbish though so maybe they did just fluke it on the first one.
