I have been a Straw fan since I first saw them back in 1998 supporting Space at the Manchester Academy. I have seen them three times since, at the Manchester Roadhouse on their comeback tour and also at the Manchester University Student Union bar on their acoustic tour. I finally got to meet the band at the Roadhouse gig and got stuff signed, I also had a good chat with Duck and Dan at the acoustic gig, plenty of inside info came my way and yet more signed stuff. And finally I saw the band again at the Roadhouse where they played another blinding set of songs with Wake Up simply demanded by the crowd at the end.
